Calculated on Titan with screen printing, the family's most accessible model. Every product page shows its own price breaks, technique by technique.

Which marking technique for custom tees?

On a tee, screen printing is unbeatable from a hundred pieces: dense ink, opaque even on dark cotton, and a unit cost that collapses with volume. Below that, digital transfers and direct printing deliver full colour with no screen fees. Embroidery works small — a 60 × 40 mm chest mark that turns a team tee into a brand piece.

Choosing your custom tees

The custom tee is the base layer of any team wardrobe: the cheapest canvas, the one that accepts the most marking techniques, and the one ordered in the largest runs. Quality comes down to three things — jersey weight, cut, and the technique used to apply your logo.

/ 01

Fabric weight

Measured in gsm, it drives how the garment holds up. Below 150 gsm the fabric is light and see-through — keep it for high-volume summer events. Between 160 and 190 gsm sits the team-tee standard that survives several seasons. Above 200 gsm the jersey turns thick and structured: premium and oversized territory.

/ 02

The cut

The classic cut (straight body, set-in sleeves) suits broad distribution where everyone must find their size. A fitted cut flatters but narrows the range of body types. The oversized cut, with dropped shoulders and a wide body, has become the signature of contemporary merch — it needs a high fabric weight not to collapse.

/ 03

The fabric

Combed ring-spun cotton gives a smooth surface: that's what makes prints crisp, where standard carded cotton lets the grain show through. Certified organic cotton is now the norm among European makers — a concrete argument if your organisation reports on its purchasing.

For which organisation?

Every page answers the same question: what to order, in what quantity, with which marking.
